Sour cherries are among the fruits with the highest level of antioxidants, they are rich in vitamins B (B1, B2, B6), A, C, E and PP, in minerals and trace elements such as iron, potassium (220 mg), calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, zinc, cobalt. They also contain albumin, carbohydrates and dietary fiber.
