Strawberry pie
Today we offer you a very simple recipe for a delicious strawberry pie. Cooking this pie is not that difficult, the main thing is to strictly follow all the instructions of our recipe. The taste of the dessert largely depends on the quality of the berries, so choose only the freshest and most fragrant ones.
- 6 large eggs
- 250 gr. flour
- 200 gr. sugar
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons of boiling water
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 300 gr. strawberries (cherries/peaches/apricots/plums)
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Mix the yolks with the powdered sugar until the mixture is light foam.
Add 5 tablespoons of boiling water in turn (I prefer using hot boiling water) and stir after each added spoon.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Add the beaten egg whites with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Stir gently from bottom to top with a fork to soften the dough.
Place the dough in a baking sheet and cut the berries into cubes or thin slices on top.
Bake strawberry tart for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C. For the first 15 minutes, DO NOT open the oven.
